The Habits That Changed My Life

Over the years, I’ve experimented with countless habits and practices to optimize my life for happiness, mental clarity, and peak performance.

In the final section of my new book, I’ve compiled a list of habits and rules that have profoundly shaped my life. I follow them about 90% of the time, and when I do, I know I’m living my best life.
